Ok, we don't have a big enough community yet, but that's ok, someday we'll get things moving. For the meantime, here's a build for the week...

Fyi, I take no explicit credit for this one.

"Stance Tank" W/Me

Variant 1

Attributes (before runes),
Swordsmanship 11
Strength 10
Inspiration 10

Key;
Skill name, Attribute, Energy cost (or 'a' for Adrenaline)/Activation time/Recharge time
"Factions Skill" means skill was added in factions expansion, Prophecies, the original, was better btw.

Left to right,

Final Thrust 10a/0/0
Lose all adrenaline. If Final Thrust hits, you deal 1-32 more damage. This damage is doubled if your target was below 50% health.

Standing Slash -Factions skill 6a/0/0
Sword Attack. If it hits. Standing Slash deals +6-17 damage plus an additional 6-17 damage if you are in a stance.

Quivering Blade Elite Skill -Factions skill 4a/0/0
If Quivering Blade hits you strike for +10-40 damage. If it is blocked, Quivering Blade is disabled for 4 seconds and you are Dazed for 8 seconds.

Sever Artery 4a/0/0
If this attack hits, the opponent begins bleeding for 5-21 seconds, losing health over time.

Ether Feast 5/2/8
Target foe loses 3 energy. You are healed 17-41 for each point of energy lost.

Elemental Resistance 10/0/20
For 30-78 seconds, you gain +40 armor against elemental damage, but you lose 24-14 armor against physical damage.

Physical Resistance 10/0/20
For 30-78 seconds, you gain +40 armor against physical damage, but you lose 24-14 armor against elemental damage.

Res Signet 0/5/na
Res party member once.

Variant 2

Attributes (before runes),
Tactics 11
Strength 10
Inspiration 10

Key;
Skill name, Attribute, Energy cost (or 'a' for Adrenaline)/Activation time/Recharge time
"Factions Skill" means skill was added in factions expansion, Prophecies, the original, was better btw.

Left to right,

Dolyak Signet 0/0/20
For 8-18 seconds, you have +10-34 armor and cannot be knocked down, but your movement is slowed by 75%.

"None Shall Pass!" 10/0/45
Shout. All nearby foes that are moving are knocked down.

"Watch Yourself!" 4a/0/0
Party members near you gain +20 armor for 5-10 seconds.

Expel Hexes Elite Skill 5/1/8
Remove up to 2 Hexes from target ally.

Healing Signet 0/2/4
You gain 40-152 health. You have -40 armor while using this Skill.

Notes:

Variant 1 -This is basically a somewhat rounded tank for PvE and PvP. The stances are drawn from the mesmer secondary class and they both last a long time, ergo no point really in mixing in warrior stances. Remember you can only have one stance on at a time. Apply as necessary in fights, depending on what type of damage you're taking. Your heal is from inspiration in this build because using strength instead of tactics (where most warriors usually get their heal skill from) maximizes your melee damage. So your heal is kinda weak, but not unbearably so. It's pretty straightfoward, apply the right stance, then chop away. Your elite can daze you, who cares, you don't use any spells and it won't bug you.

Variant 2 -This one is specifically for large groups in PvE, it's probably not going to be of much use in PvP. I see it used primarily in the FoW (Fissure of Woe). The idea here is to make a heavily armored 'post' that enemies can beat on while your team's big damage dealers do their thing. So put the right stance on, run out there and gather all the enemies to you. Make sure your team sends you off with a nice healing breeze and then keeps their distance so the baddies choose you for sure. Healing Signet and Res Signet might really be useless 90% of the time, but only if your group is really good. The Dolyak Signet, and for that matter the attribute points in strength, are in there only if you use the 100 warrior armor set that requires strength as a prerequisite. If you don't you could go 12 inspiration and 12 tactics with your attributes and find something else that's nice from tactics or inspiration to bring along. The elite might seem weird, I know, but it's there to get rid of all the Spiteful Spirits and other such nasties thrown around at your party down in the FoW. You don't need to attack, so SS is useless on you anyways, but others in your party do, and they might be clueless enough to stand next to others attacking madly with SS on them. It's just nice to have a way to shut that down.

Maybe this was useful for someone, have fun!
