I can reccomend a writer who used alot of scripture in his works, Norman Vincent Peale. His work has helped me in my journey to have a more positive and powerful faith.

Some of the scripture that means the most to me might not mean that much to you, but I can think of one or two that might help.
1 Kings 19:1-18 is one of my favorite passages about feeling alone and depressed.
Also read the beatitudes.
It is not just one passage, but if you read of Jesus' healing people you will see many of them were rejected and alone. Jesus touched the lepers, I think that one act probably meant as much or more to them than the healing. They surely knew loneliness and pain. For years they had been untouchable and here was this Godly man touching them. There are many examples of where Jesus went to people rejected by society.

Found one I thought of that seems to match your situation.

Luke 18:29-30"I tell you the truth," Jesus said to them, "no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life."
