i think she is more off getting your attention, i dont think that if she really have had sex she would tell you... but then again i dont really know your relationship, how close you are...
and regarding the marriage (dont want to be rude or discourage you in any way, just letting my thaughst roll) i think no matter how long you lived together it is still decent to get married now, better later than never. Marriage is not just papers(thou even that plays a big role in many cases) its a special bond between two people, its a promis to be committed (not sure if im using the right word) to each other for life. I have known different couples, but the marriage always got people to a different kind of relationship. So i would advice you to consider getting married.
