its definitely frustrating (i work with a lady who is convinced that if someone doesn't like her its because of her skin colour
) but the other part is you don't know her or what she's been going through perhaps if she was at the hospital she was feeling extremely lousy and sensitive that day or maybe racism and discrimination
has been a big part of her life that she's had to struggle with. that of course doesn't excuse her behaviour but it might put a different perspective on it.
