In Canada there was a significant dip in the number of abortions performed between 2004 and 2005 from 100,039 to 96,815 with an annual average of about 100,000. however in the USA the number of abortions performed annually on average are 1,307,000.

whats even more interesting is to look at the people who are choosing to get those abortions:

so add those together and we have between 70-86% of the women choosing to get abortions are in fact people who claim to be Christian. So why aren't things adding up? I can't tell how many times i'v been told that a good Christian votes for the conservative party because thats the party that will stand up for life (the lack of evidence on the con parties in both Canada & the US says otherwise, but I digress) and yet its the Christians who are making the most use of the abortion clinics out there (at least in America i haven't yet found religious stats for Canada). So that tells me theres *a lot* of double speak and hypocrisy going on. Christians need to make choice, either we can stand up for and defend the helpless babies out there or we can just forget about them and act like the world but *stop* trying to demonize or make other Christians feel guilty if they don't choose to vote the way you do. Let us stand up for the unborn in our way without making it a political issue and continuing the cycle that will only entice women to choose to get an abortion by continuing the polarization process in the political system.

while the government could theoretically put an end to legal abortions, it is a false hope to believe that we can actually rely on the government to do anything to legislate morality as we see it. even if we woke up tomorrow and abortion were made an illegal act, it would still happen. The government *cannot* reach out the hurting, scacred, angry women and families who are having to choose between abortion and keeping the baby, thats the job of the church. Abortion should never have been turned into the political pawn it has been, these are lives we're talking about.

before you pass judgment on another Christian for not bothering to vote the so-called pro-life way stop and ask yourself what *you* have done in the name of pro-life protection. Have you been donating to the outreach centres in your area such as a pregnancy care centre? Have you personally spent any time volunteering at one of those centres? Have you offered to shelter a woman who was contemplating abortion so she would have a loving atmosphere where she and her child would be cared for unil the end of her pregnancy? Have you actually reached out to one woman in need of love and guidance at such a critical time? Especially in the US with the annual abortion rates as high as they are it probably wouldn't be hard to find such a woman close to you, be it at work, your church, a relative, perhaps, that desperately needs that. Show these women and families how valuable life is by showing them that *you* care about their lives just as much as you care for that child you never met and never saw. Get out there and do something, do not rely on the Government to protect the Christian view, thats not their job. It is the church's job to reach out and share love of Christ with those that need it most.

Living in this democracy I see many of the nations people lose sight of who in fact is really in charge. For whether it be through the hearts of a nation during times of election or whether it be in ordaining a leader into dictatorship, truely, "A man can recieve nothing unless it has been given him from heaven.". The same God who has made the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the name above all names, is the very same God who has, for His perfect purpose, allowed such men as Adolf Hitler to reign in temporal power. "What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God?... God forbid!" Did not God raise up Nimrod or Pharoah; Lucifer and the king of Tyre? Did not God say to Pharoah "Even for this same purpose I have raised you up, that I might show My power in you, and that My name might be declared in all the earth.". Was it not God who gave Nebuchanezzar a glorious throne? and did He not by His word, just as easily take it away? Even under the tyranny of evil men we must never forget that it is "Heaven that rules" and what ever we must endure for the sake of God's kingdom, it was first divinely appointed us beforehand by the almighty hand of a loving and sovereign God. As it is written and as we all should know: "All things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose."

There is nothing strange or out of place that shall beset us, but rather, God has graciously and lovingly provided us with the means to suffer through and endure any and all circumstances and has accomplished for us an end to that means which by no means is even an end at all, but it is the everlasting embrace of His eternal love to those who steadfast in faith, endure through the end. Let us not then look unto a temporal throne for the hope of a better day! For the thrones of this world shall rise and fall as the ocean's tide, but rather, let us look onword to the throne of eternal glory and grace in faith, knowing that: No matter what may come to pass; No matter what may befall us, in Him we shall always have that stay, that strength, that rock, that very assurance and peace which can only be found in the love of God, which we have in Jesus Christ our Lord!

My Understanding: There was only one sentence in this passage of scripture that jumped out at me:

A stairway went up from the lowest floor to the top floor through the middle floor.

Stairway: a passageway from one floor or level of a building to another, consisting of stairs or a staircase (Encarta).

Since this is speaking of Sarah Palin, and based upon previous dreams, I would suspect that the ‘top floor’ is the presidency and that the ‘middle floor’ is the VP spot. So, someone has provided a “passageway” for her from her present position on the lowest floor to the presidency via the VP position.

Rabbit: Zoology a small burrowing animal with long ears, soft fur, and a short tail. Rabbits are commonly kept as pets (Encarta).

The long ears of rabbits are most likely an adaptation for detecting predators (Wikipedia).

Ear: somebody's attention, especially when it is sympathetic or favorable; to have somebody’s ear: to be a trusted adviser to somebody, especially somebody powerful or influential (Encarta).

Twist: to make one part or end of something turn in the opposite direction from the other, or turn in this way; to distort the position of something; an unexpected development in a narrative or a sequence of events (Encarta).

Ok, so the way to the top for Sarah is to make one part or the end of this election process turn in the opposite direction from where it was headed, possibly through distorting truth, i.e. the position of something.

I got stuck here and I was really tired, so I went to bed at 3:22 a.m. As I was walking out the door, the Lord reminded me of this story, The Tortoise and the Hare:

“One day a hare saw a tortoise walking slowly along and began to laugh and mock him. The hare challenged the tortoise to a race and the tortoise accepted. They agreed on a route and started off the race. The hare shot ahead and ran briskly for some time. So, the McCain (the tortoise) campaign is using “boxing gloves” in their fight against Obama (the hare) so as to “cushion” and protect both parties from injury on impact. The Hare (Obama) is cocking, proud and thinks he has the race won. The Tortoise (McCain) has been slow and steady.

The McCain camp is going to do something to “twist” the “ears” of Obama so that the McCain/Palin ticket can win the White House. So, this must have to do with distorting what Obama is sending through the air waves (his messages) in such a way that it cuts off Obama’s ability to detect a predator – something sneaky; a surprise ending of sorts. It has something to do with an unexpected development, like a ‘twist’ at the end of the story. Ah, that is why it is just one boxing glove. I asked the question: Does anyone know what country the Wurzelbachers are from originally? Is this a German name? The reason I ask is the Lord gave me a vision about Joe and then the scripture talked about “ancient hostilities.” So, that made me wonder what his family background was, but I’ve been unable to locate any information about that. I don’t have an understanding of this vision yet other than it is related to the bolded text of the scripture passage in some way.

Friday, October 31, 2008 – I was watching CNN last night and one of the news men was using a Smart Board and he could hone in on anyone he wanted to that was carrying some kind of device and he could go right to the building where they were - scary stuff! This sounds like the mark of the beast kind of technology where people will have some kind of chip implants like they already put in prisoners and in animals, and maybe our soldiers, too, and then the government could spy on us from anywhere. Maybe this is what the $700 Billion really went for because the Lord showed me something about our government taking the $700 B and buying a computer with it for spying on people.

Anyway, this goes with this dream, I believe, not only the part about a person talking with someone as though they are in one building when they aren't really there, but the whole thing of Al Gore and the globe. I think my husband said he helped get the Internet started, so this could be his creation. I wondered about Joe Biden and Cindy McCain seeming to be side by side - I think this article explains that, too - wow!! So, the gunfire could be from one place and look like it is from somewhere else. See this news article:

CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer will essentially be talking to the strategist just like when Princess Leia sent Obi-Wan Kenobi a hologram message that he was her only hope. Only there will be talk about Ohio, rather than Alderaan.

USA Today has the story and they say CNN also plans to conduct similar holographic interviews with McCain representatives in Phoenix.

How will it work? CNN will be shooting with 44 cameras at each location simultaneously (so they can capture their subject at every angle). Twenty computers at the site, combined with the New York office's hardware, will process and project the image in the studio. 7 " 'Get ready; be prepared, you and all the hordes gathered about you, and take command of them. 8 After many days you will be called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and now all of them live in safety. 9 You and all your troops and the many nations with you will go up, advancing like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land.

10 " 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil scheme. 11 You will say, "I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars. 12 I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land." 13 Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish and all her villages will say to you, "Have you come to plunder? Have you gathered your hordes to loot, to carry off silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods and to seize much plunder?" '

14 "Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: In that day, when my people Israel are living in safety, will you not take notice of it? 15 You will come from your place in the far north, you and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army. 16 You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud that covers the land. In days to come, O Gog, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations may know me when I show myself holy through you before their eyes.

17 " 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Are you not the one I spoke of in former days by my servants the prophets of Israel? At that time they prophesied for years that I would bring you against them. 18 This is what will happen in that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign LORD. 19 In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. 20 The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. 21 I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD. Every man's sword will be against his brother. 22 I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. 23 And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.'

Ezekiel 39:1-8:
1 "Son of man, prophesy against Gog and say: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. 2 I will turn you around and drag you along. Then, I saw someone’s right arm and hand and in the right hand was a curved knife. The hand holding the curved knife then stabbed with the knife downward into someone or something, perhaps into the pictures on the wall. It was right next to the wall with the pictures for sure. Then, I saw Sarah, then Todd and then Sarah.

Then, someone was digging outside the fence that was around the yard of the house. He or she was shoveling dirt and/or snow, tossing it up in the air like you see when someone is digging a hole in the ground.

Following that, I saw the yard tools (shovel, pick, etc.) propped up against the left-hand corner on the inside of the white picked fence that was around the yard.

I asked the Lord if there was more and then I saw the cartoon character, “Hello Kitty.” Following that I saw a white fluffy cat curled up on the floor as though he or she was making himself or herself at home. END

The Valley of Dry Bones
1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3 He asked me, "Son of man, can these bones live?"
I said, "O Sovereign LORD, you alone know."
4 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! 5 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.' "

7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.

9 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.' They say, 'Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.' 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: O my people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel. 13 Then you, my people, will know that I am the LORD, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. 14 I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the LORD have spoken, and I have done it, declares the LORD.' "

One Nation Under One King
15 The word of the LORD came to me: 16 "Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, 'Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.' Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, 'Ephraim's stick, belonging to Joseph and all the house of Israel associated with him.' 17 Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand.
18 "When your countrymen ask you, 'Won't you tell us what you mean by this?' 19 say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph—which is in Ephraim's hand—and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah's stick, making them a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.' 20 Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on 21 and say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. 22 I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. 23 They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

24 " 'My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees. 25 They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children's children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever. 26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever. 27 My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people. 28 Then the nations will know that I the LORD make Israel holy, when my sanctuary is among them forever.' "

My Understanding: First of all, this passage of scripture is talking about Israel’s future restoration in the last days. The recovery of the bones pictures Israel’s future restoration as a nation and the breath entering these bodies portrays spiritual renewal. The bones represent the whole house of Israel – those that were slain. Since the church and Israel became one (out of two), the church is part of the “whole house of Israel.”

The dry bones represent spiritual deadness. The bones declared their hope had perished. The vision (in Ezekiel) demonstrates restoration to life of a people who have been dead a long time. There are two stages to this renewal:

1) Physical (national) restoration
2) Spiritual renewal

The two divided kingdoms of Israel and Judah will be reunited. I wonder what those two kingdoms are right now. Sometimes I sense that since there are so many Christians and Jews living in the USA and we are such a close ally of Israel and are often clumped together with her as “Zionists” if maybe America is one of the kingdoms of Israel. Or, perhaps one kingdom is the church and the other is the Jewish people and at the end we will be reunited when the Jews accept Jesus as their Messiah and the church is revived, as well.

Ok, either the Lord is specifically showing Sarah and Todd Palin as “dry bones,” or they are representatives of the church in America and all the “dry bones” that exist here. Or, yet, they are the two sticks (the two kingdoms) that God will bring into one. The dry bones represent spiritual deadness. I do believe the Lord is showing that Sarah and Todd are spiritually dead but that he is going to make them alive.

The vision the Lord gave me here parallels Ezekiel’s vision. I went back and forth from Sarah to Todd to Sarah and God led Ezekiel back and forth among the dry (dead) bones of Israel. The pictures hanging on the wall were Roman Catholic-looking. Sarah Palin was baptized Catholic as a child but later she joined a protestant denomination. So, I believe the Lord is also showing the spiritual deadness of the Catholic as well as the protestant church of today. And, one day he will bring them together, too.

The hand that brings down the knife must be the hand of judgment on God’s dead church. Judgment must fall first. Then, following judgment, there will be a resurrection of the dead. I believe there is going to be both a spiritual revival as well as our bodies (of the dead) will be resurrected when Jesus returns.

The digging outside represents this raising of the dead dry bones, both spiritually and physically. And, the placing of the tools inside the fence seems to indicate, to me, that the job is finished (when that takes place).

“Hello Kitty”, I believe, represents the return of Jesus, our Messiah – he is both the Lion (cat) of the tribe of Judah and the lamb (fluffy white) that was slain - BibleGateway.com: Search for a Bible passage in over 35 languages and 50 versions.. I also woke from A DREAM: Someone had what looked like a dollar bill but what felt like a bug (like an insect) in a room. I think we were supposed to go through this room in order to get somewhere, but we were able to bypass it. There was some kind of a battle. I think we won, much to the surprise of the person who was trying to keep us from winning. We won because we overcame the obstacle, represented by this room with a dollar bill in it.

I closed my eyes and asked the Lord if there was more and then I heard, “because we pitched them a…” and then I heard, “Joe the Plumber.” END

My Understanding: The battle is the political race to the White House. The “King of Egypt” in this scripture is again describing Barack Obama. He thinks he is more favored than all the others. He has the most campaign money to spend, which I believe is the obstacle for the McCain/Palin campaign, i.e. the dollar in the room that was a “bug,” i.e. an annoyance to them. Yet, they were able to overcome this.

The “sword of the King of Babylon” in the case of this dream seems to be “Joe the Plumber” who the McCain/Palin campaign has “pitched” in hopes of a win. Yet, if they win over Barack Obama, it is because God intervened and he drew the sword:

I had A VISION: I saw Barack Obama as a child and a youth. So, I asked the Lord if he wanted to show me something about him. I am not sure what I saw next. I think it was a contorted face. It felt spooky. Then, I saw lots of hands raised up to, i.e. reaching up to someone high up on a platform, like a movie star of some kind – an idol. I sensed it was Obama they were reaching up to like in worship of him.

Then, I saw an elderly heavy woman sitting in the back seat of a car on the side of the street. Then, I saw Michelle Obama standing near or in front of the car. This had the feeling of sadness and darkness, like a funeral. And, then it was like Halloween with someone dressed like batman with his wings spread way out and up like he was getting ready to pounce on or to conquer someone, only he was huge; way oversized and really tall. He was standing at the rear of the car and kind of hovering over it. END

My Understanding: Well, I don’t understand all of it now, but I will say that the Lord has shown me Obama as a Batman costume before with someone else really inside and that he was just lip syncing someone else’s words, so he truly is like an idol made by man – a marionette being controlled by a master puppeteer.

Here the Lord, I believe, is comparing Obama, and perhaps his cohorts, too, to this cedar that towered high; higher than all the other trees. It had grown so tall and prideful. The batman wings provided a sense of protection, too, and shade from harm as they were spread so wide and high just like this tree and its boughs and branches, but there is evil in this type of “protection.”

The Lord is saying that because of its height and its pride, the most ruthless of nations is going to cut it down. Then God warns that no other trees are ever to tower so proudly. No other trees so well-watered are ever to reach such a height. They are all destined for the pit.

I read a news article this evening about Obama’s extended family, in particular one of his aunts. So many of his extended family members appear to be living in extreme poverty while he lives like a king. The woman in this car could be his aunt. She would not talk about him until after November 4th. Then, she said she would talk – interesting.

In contrast to this tall, prideful tree that towered higher than all the other trees, we find the deep, deep love of Jesus in its fullness over those who are truly HIS. His love is under, over and all around those who love HIM. He watches over his loved ones with his love, his guidance, and his protection from harm. He died for us that we might be set free and so that we might become children of God and joint heirs with Christ in God’s heavenly kingdom. And, He is sitting at the right hand of God the Father interceding for us on our behalf. It was an 800 number so I didn’t answer it. Then, it rang again a second time letting me know they had left a message (which turned out to be a hang-up).

I may have woken from a dream. I remember talking with the Lord about a dream he gave me, but what I’m remembering may be when the Lord woke me at 5:30 a.m., so I’m not sure. I just know that I fell back asleep and then around 11 a.m., two hours after the phone rang twice, I was awakened by the Lord with this phrase: “Ain’t you shamed, you sleepy head.” When the Lord gives me that one, I know that is my commanding officer blowing the trumpet and saying “Get up!” So, I promptly obeyed and got up and came into my office to hear what he wanted to say to me.

I believe the Lord is talking about America here and its leaders. We are a proud, self-sufficient and complacent people as a whole. And, the Lord is promising to bring our enemies from the east and from the south against us, which then brings me back to that little poem. A bird with a yellow bill reminded me of how race is classified by colors, like I am of the white race, but my skin is really not white and yellow people are not really yellow, but there must be a yellowish kind of tint to their skin, I would imagine. Yellow seems mainly to refer to China and Mongolia and in N. America, the term “yellow” refers to the east. The Lord keeps saying he is going to bring an army against us from the east, so I feel that the “birdie with the yellow bill” here is a reference to our enemies that God will use as his instrument of divine judgment and discipline against us here in America.

A window is usually a symbol of truth or revelation of some sort or a messenger. The phone call I received supposedly had a message with it. Well, it did. It was a “hang-up.” That is the Lord’s message to America via his instrument of divine judgment against us. He is tired of our complacency, our proud strength and our idolatry. A window sill is a projection, ledge, shelf or ridge (Encarta). It could also be a window seat, meaning someone sitting in a position of authority is giving this message or is the carrier of the message (a projection).

The birdie cocked his shiny eye: An eye can mean judgment, watch, or discernment. This is interesting: To “cock” something could mean, arms the hammer of a gun that, when released by the action of the trigger, makes the gun fire; arms the raised position of the hammer of a gun when it is ready to fire (Encarta). This fits. The hammer of the gun is raised on America and God is ready to fire! I also woke from A DREAM: I dreamed about a passage of scripture and its fulfillment. I don’t remember what the passage of scripture was only that it was about someone leading people into something. Then, I had a dream within the dream showing the fulfillment of what I had just read. END

My understanding so far here is that the Lord is saying that Congressman Murtha is:
• A great lying monster
• A leader that his people depend on; they lean on him for support
• A leader whose ability to provide needed support is fragile
• A leader who, when pressure comes (or came), snaps or snapped
• An unreliable ally for those who put their faith in his leadership
• A “sleeper reed” that can not give support
• A leader who has or who will let his people down – like a reed, he will splinter and break
• A leader of people who will find themselves unable to stand because they trusted in a weak reed

Because of this, God will bring a sword against him. He will no longer be a source of confidence for his people. He will be a reminder of their sin in turning to him for help. My Understanding: This is about this TV interview, but it is about more than just the interview, but what is behind Joe Biden’s and the Obama team’s reaction to the questions asked. This political race is a “war zone” and there have been many casualties and injuries along the way. Interviews with tough questions are part of the war game. Like I always tell my grandchildren, if you don’t like the rules of the game, then don’t play it if you can’t handle it when another player bumps you off and sends you back to home in the game of “Sorry.” I said, “That’s the way the game is played.” And, these candidates sometimes act just like little children.

So, Barbara West of WFTV in Florida (the south) asked some tough questions. I heard them. I felt they were fair game and not unreasonable at all. But, the Obama camp did not like them, so they cancelled any future interviews and stated that any further opportunities to interview with the Obama campaign were “unlikely, at best.” It just so reminded me of a child who doesn’t get his or her way and so takes his toys and goes home in order to punish the other children who are not giving him what he wants. This is called blackmail in my book. And, that is what this move by the Obama camp sounds like, too.

The severed hand and forearm with the silver at the end of it (money) that was cut off, I believe represents the Obama campaign cutting off WFTV after the interview. The fact that the Obama camp said that any further opportunities were “unlikely, at best,” is like just throwing the hand that feeds you into the trash. A head bonnet is a symbol of submission and since it is tied around the neck, it can also symbolize some type of bondage, like a yoke is placed on the neck of an animal, so slavery of some type. And, then the neck of the garment got as far as just above the mouth and stopped there, covering the mouth, which is a symbol of silencing someone, I believe. In this case it is like censorship.

In the scripture passage it talks about a person or country taking revenge on someone else and becoming guilty by doing so. Well, I see that as applying to this story about Biden and the Obama camp basically making Barbara West and WFTV pay for asking tough questions. Sometimes when you protest too much it makes you look guilty in the process. Biden’s reaction, I believe, has caused people to question even more what the Obama camp’s real political agenda is.

In the second part of this passage of scripture it speaks of revenge with malice and with “ancient hostility,” so this has been going on for a long time, which is why this woman in the vision aged like 100 years and grew in size. My husband thinks it is a north against south kind of thing mainly because the south tends to vote Republican more than they vote democrat, traditionally. So, it isn’t just this woman who is being silenced, but the voice of the south.

The Lord does not like this kind of treatment of one brother against another – hatred, prejudice, revenge, malice, hostility based in historical prejudices, etc., and so he says he is going to carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in his wrath. My Understanding: Sarah Palin says Obama would create a “nanny state” if elected and that he has a big government agenda. “She labeled Obama’s plan to provide tax credits to lower and middle-income wage-earners “the philosophy of government taking more, which is a misuse of the power to tax.” And, she accuses Obama of having a socialism agenda. Well, God is saying that this is the agenda of President Bush, his administration and he has the cooperation of enough of Congress to do what he is doing in turning this country toward a “nanny state,” socialism, and I believe a police state. There is no right and left. They’re all one.

I believe that is what the Lord is showing in this vision with everyone sitting all at one huge reception desk. And, it is the right (east) with the big guns shooting across the room of people who are all sitting at one desk – socialism and big government. Maybe the point of the Halloween masks is to present an image that Barack Obama would take us into a “nanny state” all the while our present administration is making all the plans behind the scenes right under the noses of the American people to do just that, and I don’t think we are that far away from the realization of it, either.

In this second article (quoted above in part), Bush urges patience in this economic crisis – patience so he and the government of the USA can put into place what they have been planning all along. The Lord keeps showing me over and over again that it doesn’t matter who is in office because our whole government is crooked and they are all working together toward the same goal – socialism. They are not working for the American people.

Bush addressed the anxiety about the financial meltdown, but I believe the Lord is saying Bush is going to be the one to “melt down.” He is not thinking about the future of the American people. He and our government have a sinister plan in motion to do away with America as we know it and to lead us into a Hitler-type regime as was seen during WWII. The Lord keeps showing that he is going to judge them by bringing their enemies against them from the east and the south. I was praying about the news story about the legal battle over Barack Obama’s citizenship. I asked the Lord concerning the place of Barack Obama’s birth.

Then, I had A VISION: I saw African people. Then, an elephant trunk curled around something and was picking it up. I asked the Lord what the elephant was picking up with its trunk and then I saw a very large silver spoon. Then I saw the face of Barack Obama from when he was a young boy, probably late 1960’s or early 1970’s.

Then the elephant placed its front feet on a mound of dirt. The mound was on my right and the elephant was facing the right. It was pulling something up from the ground, like an idol or a grave stone or like a tomb of some kind. Then the elephant was now facing and walking to the left carrying whatever he dug out of the ground on his back.

After this I saw a woman wearing a bonnet, but not the fancy frilly kind. This was very plain and simple like Amish women wear. Then I saw a man wearing a beard and a tall hat and I heard the name “John Wilkes Booth.” And, then I heard a gun shot. Following that I saw a long black horse-driven carriage. END

She will become plunder for the nations, 6 and her settlements on the mainland will be ravaged by the sword. Then they will know that I am the LORD.

7 "For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: From the north I am going to bring against Tyre Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, king of kings, with horses and chariots, with horsemen and a great army. 8 He will ravage your settlements on the mainland with the sword; he will set up siege works against you, build a ramp up to your walls and raise his shields against you. 9 He will direct the blows of his battering rams against your walls and demolish your towers with his weapons. 10 His horses will be so many that they will cover you with dust. Your walls will tremble at the noise of the war horses, wagons and chariots when he enters your gates as men enter a city whose walls have been broken through. 11 The hoofs of his horses will trample all your streets; he will kill your people with the sword, and your strong pillars will fall to the ground. 12 They will plunder your wealth and loot your merchandise; they will break down your walls and demolish your fine houses and throw your stones, timber and rubble into the sea. 13 I will put an end to your noisy songs, and the music of your harps will be heard no more. 14 I will make you a bare rock, and you will become a place to spread fishnets. You will never be rebuilt, for I the LORD have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD.

15 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says to Tyre: Will not the coastlands tremble at the sound of your fall, when the wounded groan and the slaughter takes place in you? 16 Then all the princes of the coast will step down from their thrones and lay aside their robes and take off their embroidered garments. Clothed with terror, they will sit on the ground, trembling every moment, appalled at you. 17 Then they will take up a lament concerning you and say to you:

" 'How you are destroyed, O city of renown,
peopled by men of the sea!
You were a power on the seas,
you and your citizens;
you put your terror
on all who lived there.
18 Now the coastlands tremble
on the day of your fall;
the islands in the sea
are terrified at your collapse.'

19 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I make you a desolate city, like cities no longer inhabited, and when I bring the ocean depths over you and its vast waters cover you, 20 then I will bring you down with those who go down to the pit, to the people of long ago. I will make you dwell in the earth below, as in ancient ruins, with those who go down to the pit, and you will not return or take your place in the land of the living. 21 I will bring you to a horrible end and you will be no more. You will be sought, but you will never again be found, declares the Sovereign LORD."

I was at my aunt and uncle’s house, only usually in my dreams it is their real house, but in this dream it is not. My aunt and uncle have been deceased in real life for a long time. And, my Uncle was a German-American.

This house was very big. Inside the door was a large open room and there was a very wide set of stairs that went up to a balcony area on which sat a grand piano. The house had several large rooms. One of the rooms upstairs had to be kept closed all the time because it was so cold in there. It had glass walls and a glass entry door on the outside wall of the room. Downstairs there was a fireplace. I lit the fire in the fireplace and I did two other things that brought fire and/or heat of some kind to the house.

It was a Sunday morning. My mom (also deceased in real life) or my aunt (her sister) tried to get me to go to traditional church with her, but I said I was going to stay home. She ragged on me about not going. I told her that I grew more in my relationship with the Lord at home than I did in any organized religion. I said something to the effect to her that she should show me Jesus at home. I saw hypocrisy in her because she didn’t talk with me about Jesus at home but she wanted me to go with her to “church.” My mom and my aunt were both very legalistic – my aunt more than my mom. END

Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening. I read Ezekiel 25:1-7:

A Prophecy Against Ammon
1 The word of the LORD came to me: 2 "Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites and prophesy against them. 3 Say to them, 'Hear the word of the Sovereign LORD. This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you said "Aha!" over my sanctuary when it was desecrated and over the land of Israel when it was laid waste and over the people of Judah when they went into exile, 4 therefore I am going to give you to the people of the East as a possession. They will set up their camps and pitch their tents among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk. 5 I will turn Rabbah into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep. Then you will know that I am the LORD. 6 For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel, 7 therefore I will stretch out my hand against you and give you as plunder to the nations. I will cut you off from the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy you, and you will know that I am the LORD.' "

My Understanding: What I understand so far is that this is speaking of the dead apostate church (house of the dead, basically). I don’t know yet if there is a connection to Germany. I see the wide stairs as the broad road that many travel that they think is going to lead them to heaven, but it sends them straight to hell. The cold room sounds like a mortuary.

The fireplace is a place of warmth, but a fire also represents the fire of the Holy Spirit, too. The fact that I was lighting the fire in 3 different ways sounds as though the Lord (Father, Son & Holy Spirit) is involved here in trying to light a fire in this old dead church. But, the church is still clinging to tradition.

My mother and/or my aunt (both deceased) tried to get me to go with them to some type of orthodox legalistic traditional church but I preferred to stay at home by the warmth of the fire. I sensed there was hypocrisy here because they didn’t talk about Jesus during the week but they felt it was important to go to a particular building on a Sunday morning like it was necessary for my spiritual life. My mother’s family and my father’s, too, were very legalistic.

So many people think if you attend a church building (sanctuary) on a Sunday morning that it is a mark that you are a Christian. What they don’t realize is that the true “sanctuary” is not found in a building built by human hands nor is it found in dead religious practices, but the true sanctuary is found in the hearts of God’s servants who daily sit by the fire.

Aha: to express triumphant satisfaction or excitement when discovering something. Desecrate: To damage something sacred, or do something that is offensive to the religious nature of something (Encarta).

So, someone is expressing triumphant excitement over discovering that the Lord’s true sanctuary (human hearts) is being damaged. The thing that was “over” the sanctuary was a balcony with a grand piano that you got to by climbing wide stairs. Clapping hands and stamping feet definitely gives a picture of music. So, this sounds like persecution against God’s children.

Tuesday, October 28, 2008 – Well, this morning I was inquiring of the Lord again concerning this church we have been attending for about a month now. As you may recall, two weeks ago today I attended a senior’s meeting at the church. It began with choir practice and then they had special guest artists who mimicked famous singers and dancers throughout history. This was in honor of the church’s 100th anniversary.

They had senior citizens lip syncing and dancing. One number had the women tap dancing. I like tap dancing. Yet, they were wearing skirts that were slit high up on the sides and they were shaking their legs in a sensual manner in front of men. I had to look away. And, then they had a woman lip sync the song “Can’t Say No” about a woman who could not say “No” to men’s sexual advances. And, the people of the church applauded, including the pastor. Then, they had a woman dressed up like Marilyn Monroe singing “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend.” I had to walk out on that one. We all know what she stood for and yet the people “clapped their hands.” I went up stairs and cried and prayed. They were applauding the grasp sin had on the lives of people instead of weeping over it.

The following evening at church the pastor talked about “evil” that was in the world and he directed all his comments to the evil existing outside the church. I knew as surely as I knew anything that this was one of those times the Lord said “speak,” and so I opened my mouth and allowed the Holy Spirit to speak through me concerning the evil that they brought right into the church and how they applauded it. The Lord said that they would not have brought this same “show” into the sanctuary of the church, and yet they did because I am the sanctuary and you are the sanctuary and he is and she is the sanctuary. This outside group, then, basically desecrated God’s sanctuary and the people and the church leaders “clapped their hands and stamped their feet, rejoicing over this.”

When the Holy Spirit finished speaking through me, I stopped. The pastor just ignored what was said and went on with his lesson as though I was a bug that was on his shoulder that he just flicked off. And, that was the end of it.

It is interesting that the Lord gave me this dream on Sunday morning. We haven’t gone the past two Sundays because I’ve had the flu both weekends, so I was praying again this morning about whether or not the Lord would have us go back there.
