Blackadder and Father Ted win, hands down. Yes Minister is pretty funny if you're interested in politics, but I'm not sure how well it would translate for a US audience.

The UK does seem to have a better grip on humor. Far and away more civilized. I may need to move to rainy old England.
It is sad what's allowed on tv now. The more crude the better.....for them. Ick.
I used to love that sort of garbage. The power of Christ never ceases to amaze me. From a hard drinking, foul mouthed pron goblin to, well, none of the above is a testament to His awesome power to clean and restore a filthy soul. Not that I'm a saint but cheese-whiz what a difference!
