I will have to look, but I think I remember reading something a few months ago about the "correct" order to read them in and it seems that C.S. Lewis' daughter/or son (which ever it is) has them doing the movies in the order that their dad wanted them to be read in .

Ok,just got back from seeing Prince Caspian. It was really cool,and some breathtaking scenery.Really makes me want to visit New Zealand, where it was mostly filmed.

Did anyone else get the eerie feeling that the ruins of Cair Paravel looked exactly as you pictured it from reading the books? I know I sure did.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that. I always just put them in chronological order. Actually I think that's just how I got them (they came in a book set in chronological order). I knew they weren't written in chronological order, but I hadn't thought about that being terribly intentional. Makes sense in some ways.

I was actually a little upest with some of the stuff that they left out, and the fact that they make the kids a little too bold in the movie in the begining. In the books, they came across as being scared when they first arived in the ruins, because they where not totaly sure where they where.

I didn't remember that so it didn't really bother me,but I believe you're right.

I don't remember Peter becoming so arrogant in the books, was he? Such as the fight in the beginning or his problem with Caspian? Not criticizing as I loved the movie, even though they took some liberties.

yeah my friends I went worth were criticizing it for not matching the books exactly but I don't think there is a single book that has been made into a movie that hasn't been changed!
