What do you think is the most serious problem with men today?

out of 5 men in my SundaySchool class, yesterday, only one came up to me and offered prayer and support...

I think this illustrates nicely what one problem is.

Some of us as so dead set on being a "man" that we think we can't let our guard down and get our hands dirty listening to someone who has a real problem.

I would have to agree with some of what is said here. Yes, I see the scenario where many men just hold thier heads down, and slink away at any form of taking on another's problem or even listening. Just because you cannot fix it, you dont have to run. Men have transformed into something really unattractive to women. We have to be nice, kind, tender, doing around the house and family, nothing loud or against the norm. I feel for the guy with the masturbation issues. I had that too and I am sure if I ever said anything, I would get the same reaction. A lot of men would rather listen to thier wives, do everything and not question. These men never lose thier tempers because that is not a gentlemanly behaviour characteristic. Keep it in, be a man and show no emotion. If it sounds like I am ranting, sorry I am. I take a lot of flak for standing up for what I beleive, losing my temper when I am angry and just showing any typical make traits. I love a beer and a game on a Saturday night. Drinking is NOT a sin. Excess is.
Basically, I just wish that as men we stated what we beleived in, stuck to our guns and not fall over ourselves because our wives threaten us with the couch. My two cents worth.
