Also, whatever conditioner you use, keep it from touching your scalp too much if you can, by applying it more to the ends and not so much the top of the head. That stuff tends to leave some degree of residue which can irritate.
Yes, I know about Melaleuca...use to buy/sell it back in the 90's. It can be irritating. I buy the "other" melaleuca products. I keep some oil handy all the time. I mix it with a lotion to make it more soothing.

aaaaahhhhhh..to have a little bit of curl........LOL

Oh I love hair products! I use salon shampoo called Jolee I think. I use a product for coloured hair. I also use an intensive leave in conditioner (Like Annie I live in a dry province!!). I used a product by Loreal, a straightening syrum and then after I've straightened my hair I use Paul Mitchell's gloss drops for protection and shine.

Hi

I use Joico K-Pak range and love it. I used to use Kerestasse but since Oprah anounced her love for it, it has gone through the roof price wise. Another range I really like is A'kin (I have to check the spelling on that) it is an Aussie brand and very good.

I mostly use the cheap stuff (Suave and TreSemme). I do buy volumizing lines, though, becuase my hair is really fine. On days that I'm going out I'll touch it up with a bit of root lifting spray from TS and some hairspray, but usually I'm just a wash n dry kinda girl.

I am the same way, I buy whatever is on sale or whatever I have a coupon for. I have not notice much difference in shampoos for my hair. I do get it for dry hair though.

Have a GREAT weekend.
