Do any of you "infatuate"?
Do any of you "infatuate"? By this I mean you constantly think about the opposite sex you find are interested in. You become consumed to the point where you desire them so much and think about them a lot.
If so, how have you handled them?

Sometimes or sort of. You can't always control your thoughts or feelings but you can control what you do about them. That is what I have done in the past. When I know that the only reason I am interested in a woman is sexual, then I do not pursue that woman. I may not be able to change my thoughts, but I keep them from becoming actions.

Hmmm...have infatuations????
Not so much anymore. After the last few experiences with the opposite sex, I'm convinced that God is telling me with a neon bright lite sign telling me YOU AREN'T READY FOR A RELATIONSHIP!!! WAIT!!!!!!!!

I got pretty close to infatuating myself on a certain guy. He was all wrong for me in so many ways, but in other ways, he was so wonderful. I had a massive crush on him. He moved to another state, which was sad and all that, cuz I really liked him, but at the same time I'm glad it happened. I wasn't fond of just how much on my mind he was. If he would have stayed in town I don't know how much longer I could have fought him off.
So how do I handle an infatuation? In this case I got lucky, but in any other situation I'm guessing I'd just purposely distract myself with other things hoping that my infatuation gets "watered down." No fun being infatuated. Not healthy.

I've had a few. I am not exactly proud of some of them nowadays.
