Praise on June 18th

Ok this might seem small to some. It is no major miracle, but it is enough to sustain my heart. I will not share it all, but just know that it was important that it happened today June 18th and where it happened is an encouragement to me. Anyway for some details I can comfortably share.

My company had been losing some hours. A few contracts had expired and one company we worked for is in financial difficulty. So hours had been getting a little short. Yet yesterday I got a 11 hour job when I was scheduled to be off. And today when I was only scheduled for 4 hours they needed me to go to a different site which means 8 hours. So when I was scheduled for 4 hours I will have 19 hours. And if things stay as scheduled I should get some overtime. But that is just a small part.

The real key is where I got posted tonight. I can't really share it all, but being posted here on this particular day is an answer to prayer. It is an encouraging sign that god may be moving me closer to where I want to be. I had been really down today, but God answered me with encouragement.

Hey, SP...just came across this and was glad to see you had a small step forward. =) He always starts small, but then gets bigger as we keep taking the steps. It's like a "walk on water", you know?
