I don't like it. In fact, I get quite creeped out. For them, I just ignore them or act very mean.

When I was a lifeguard, guys would hit on the female lifeguards all the time. It always made us uncomfortable. I would super enforce the rules with them and tell them to back off and leave us alone or I'd kick them out of the pool.

It worked like a charm

If its a nice guy, which for me is rare indeed, I generally have no idea he likes me in the first place unless he tells me. If I get told, then I just tell the truth that he's a good friend but I don't want a relationship with anyone but God right now.
I actually have a great story about RH...
I was chatting online on myspace one afternoon and some guy IMs me and asks for my number. I told him no and he kept telling me he wanted to call me to hear my voice and get to know me better because he believed that we could be soulmates. Finally, I gave him the rejection hotline. He IMed me back saying it was mean of me to do that, and then kept talking to me and asked for my "real number." I gave him another Rejection Hotline number. He got mad again and asked again for my "real number." I gave him another Rejection Hotline number. This went on a grand total of about six times! Finally I said to him, "Are you that dense to not figure out why I keep giving you these numbers?" He had no clue. Man six times before I finally had to TELL HIM that I wasn't interested!
