my main thing is that he has to be a completly godly man because if not, he's out of the question.
Oh and he can't be afraid to CRY in worship or lift his hands or anything. I hate it when they stand there with their hands in their pockets.

Non-negotiables:
*Christian--solid, grounded, yet at the same time weak, so he has GOD'S strength.
*Stronger personality than me.
*Mature, but it's okay if he's kinda goofy (he must have a mature, serious side.)
*No video games.
*Has a heart of worship towards God.
*Humble.
*Easy to talk with.
*Prayer warrior.
*No addictions (TV, smoking, porn, tabacco, alcohol, computer, etc.)
*Patient.
*Strong leader.
*Stable (emotionally, etc.)
*Gentlemanly--chivalrous.
*Not angry.
*Self-controlled.
*High standards.
*Righteous--the LORD'S righteousness in him.

*Respecting feminine mystique. (I have a hard time defining what I mean by that, but I think it pretty much comes down to protecing a woman's innocence. Anyone ready Authentic Beauty by Leslie Ludy? You'll know what I mean if you have. )

*Dark hair/complexion (okay, yes. I'm a sucker for the traditional, "tall, dark, and handsome" dudes. )
*Likes the town I live in/grew up in, and doesn't want to move. (I LOVE my area, and I can't ever see myself moving away.)
*Firefighter/cop (okay, this is retarted, but I've kinda always had this thing for cops and firefighters... )
*No one in the military (too much moving around; no stability.)
*Good voice.
*Humerous.
*Not self-employed (both my parents are self-employed, and I see the side of self-employment that many don't see. It's HARD, and I dont know if I want that kind of life, espeically with a family.)

I had to meet him before I could specifically say what the perfect qualities in a husband would be for me. Handsome, but not to the point of other girls trying to snatch him away in front of your eyes... Sensetive, oh yeah.... Smiles easily, Laughs alot... Biddable! Able to learn, adapt, and grow. He has to have a strong faith in God, and be willing to listen to my own beliefs. I can think of a ton more, but I don't want everyone to think i'm fussy I have my dream guy, and he's everything and more I listed.

I don't really know. If I can have a man mostly like Clark Davis in Love Comes Softly, I will have no problem with that. I haven't met any though. If I can't have that, I'll take something similar. But he has to be dedicated to the Lord. Of course . And a bit of the teasing type.

Physically....I don't care really as long as he isn't short or a twig. I do want him to look like a man after all.

I want my husband to be a stronger Christian than me, and i want to him to be a leader; head of the household, but not a control freak. He needs to be kind, gentle, but firm. I want him to have a good sense of humor, because I do enjoy making people laugh and laughing myself I would like him to be attractive, and taller than me. He also needs to have similar beliefs and needs to like cats

Well...I don't think I'm too specific! I just know what I like

First and foremost, if he isn't this, than he's not worth having!

1. Dedicated Christian who is completely in love with God
2. Similar beliefs as me
3. More out-going than I am
4. For the Pride and Prejudice fans, I want him to look at me the way Darcy looks at Elizabeth. (I mean the P&P with Matthew McFayden not the one with Colin Firth cause Colin Firth's stare is creepy and stalkerish)
5. Goofy like me! I need someone I can have fun with and be stupid around and who has fun in life!
6. While I want him to be goofy, I want him to be serious enough to tell me when to stop
7. Similar enough to me that we can talk to each other and carry on a conversation but different enough that we don't kill each other
8. HAS to be able to put up with my mood swings and craziness cause I don't foresee that changing.
9. HAS to want to have kids and be good with them!
10. HAS to respect me and what I want to achieve out of life. I could never be with someone that thinks a women's role is to just be a good little housewife and pop out kids.
11. Musical ability! I am such a music lover that it'd be so GREAT if I had someone that shared those interests. If he sings, I don't want him to have a voice that sounds like Josh Groban or one of those guys...they sing higher than I do...I'd much rather have him sound like Chad Kroeger or Gavin Rossdale.
12. A sense of humor!! Anyone who can't enjoy sarcasm and witty comments is so not going to fit in with my family!
13. Accept me as is and not try to get me to change!

Some of these are negotiable but others absolutely aren't!
I know that God is more than capable of bringing me a guy that fits what I'm looking for.
