caring about our country and others..

Hi! everybody I'm a youth..
I just want to share a revelation I got really from our church..
Does Christians around the world care or praying for their country leaders and others in authority ..
Are we sharing them the word we have received from God like sharing with them or maybe being friends with them or you have a friend in the gov. position whether you have one in your family and start caring for others..sharing our faith, health, and everyday living and start asking ourselves do we really care about others?
For, we all know that God is an almighty God greater than the enemy and He needs a vessel to do so..and start doing what really God wants us to do..
Thank You Lord for everything..

So, what can you say or maybe, what can you share?

yup we need to be praying for our leaders constantly. Too often thats taken to the extreme that we always have to support *everything* they do, but as you look at how Samuel approached Saul's leadership, Meshach Shadrach and Abed-nego with Nebuchdnezzar's, or Nathan with David's (among other examples in Scripture) you know thats not the case. Leaders are human and therefore completely fallible in their leadership, even if they were ordained by God for that position.


So that being the case, we need to be constantly praying that they may have both the wisdom, strength, discernment, and humility to do the right thing and the wisdom, strength, discernment and humility to admit when they're wrong, repent, and fix what they need to.

Yes, that's right! that's what we Christians should do..
