BTW Ian the question marks are still appearing where apostrophes are supposed to be! I just looked at the new thread

I think there are still some residual effects from people not using UTF encoding in their browsers.

Well, now I have manually edited the database structure to be 100% compliant with utf8 (for posts and threads). If you notice any parsing issues, I'll have to go through it again and see if i missed anything.
