I've just taken a peak at their website. Is this an FPS/RPG crossover? Could be a neat game. The setting would take some getting used to, never heard of any of it.

Which one Ryder? Tabula Rasa or forces of corruption?

aw heck I'll cover both

Empire at war is interesting, it plays as an RTS with RPG/ world building elements. in the action, or attack, modes it plays like an RTS with some RPG elements tossed in (your main character is controllable and has goals ect..). in the galactic mode time goes by and you make money while building space stations for Defense and build fleets for attacking, and building on planets for ground troops.

Tabula Rasa is a Sci-Fi MMO with some RPG elements. it runs like alot of other MMO's but it's SCI-FI !! that just makes it better than the rest basic story line is earth was hosed by a more advanced race and the survivors that got off planet are now making alliances and starting to fight back. the AFS is being helped by an ancient race that split in two. the other half is helping the bad guys who hosed earth. you get to run around helping out taking on missions and whooping the bad guys... mostly... sometimes they whoop you

Thanks. Hmm, I'll have to keep Tabula Rasa in mind. There's a whole slew of mmorpgs coming out soon though, don't have the time or dough to play 'em all. Must... Decide... On one... :nervous:

Never played EVE so I can't comment on that one, but Tabula rasa has 3-day free trials that I believe you can DL from the main site..
