Jackie looked at 'Red, "Be careful what you say out loud, not everyone here will agree with you. People may report this to Stark and you could become a sworn enemy," she said, then she lowered her voice "I agree with you, but I don't know how much we can do about it at this point in time. What do you guys think?"

"Well, I agree with you guys in opposing Stark, too." Angel said, "However, I do agree with Jackie in the fact that we need to be cautious and be careful about what we say. Any plans we make will be known by the Professor, and we'll have to make sure we don't let the wrong people hear our plans,"

"Do you think Professor Xavier will stop us if we run away?" Jackie asked

"No, this is a neutral place, and everyone is entitled to thier own opinion. I imagine he would just want us to be discreet in our leave taking" Angel replied "What are your guys' thoughts?"

"Well, I can't say I like the idea of you risking your life, by joining Cap." Dana said to her brother, her voice low, "You know the battles his team gets into with the war. But, don't get me wrong. I hate the idea of the SHRA, and the S.H.I.E.L.D. initiative."

"Well, what're we supposed to do, Dana?" Alex replied, realizing that he'd just called his sister by her real name. Though, he wasn't speaking loudly enough for anyone besides the other two sitting at the table to hear, and he felt they could trust Jackie and Angel. DJ wasn't mentally yelling at him for doing so, so that was a good sign. "Just sit around, and watch this happen? As far as I'm concerned, if I'm not risking something, I'm not helping anything."

"I don't know what we're supposed to do, Alex," Payback. "I just know that I'm not going to let you risk your life without having something to say about it. Look what happened to Johnny Storm."

"Exactly. Look at Johnny Storm. Superhumans are getting attacked, severely injured, killed even. Johnny Storm didn't do a thing. This is all because of a pointless civil war. We sit there, and watch these things on the news, saying 'Oh my gosh, that's terrible', but we're not doing a single thing about it. I hate being that person. I wanna do something about it, not sit there and watch it happen."

They were silent a moment, both mentally and physically. Alex had realized he'd started rambling, so he quieted, and let his sister think on his point of view.

"Like I said before, AJ." His sister said after a moment, "I can't stop you from doing what you think is right. But, don't expect me to go with you."

"And, if you do leave," she said mentally, "don't even think about ever closing this connection with me, or I will hunt you down."

Alex smiled to himself, and nodded slightly.

Jackie and Angel listened to the brother and sister. Alex and Dana, huh? Jackie thought. She knew that they probably didn't like people knowing their names, and for whatever reason they didn't want people to know, she would respect.
"Alex," Jackie whispered, then said, "Is it ok if I call you that? I wouldn't go over to the other side yet. For now how about we stay here and silently help the side we support until it becomes very obvious that we need to take sides and show support. But that's just my opinion."

Angel thought while Jackie was talking "I agree with you, Jackie, and then again I don't. If we don't join sides now it may be too late, but if we wait until it's obvious we could have more information on people we will be going against." he looked at Alex "I'd say that you're probably going to end up being the leader of anyone who has our view. You make the choice"

Alex nodded in response to Jackie's question about his name, and then continued, "Well, I didn't say I was going now. I haven't even made the decision yet." He explained, "I'm just not putting it past my mind right yet. It's still an option."

Stark left the Professor's office feeling frustrated. He wanted Xavier's support, but Xavier insisted on keeping his claim of being neutral. He also would not force the students to expose which side they supported; Xavier wanted the children to do it on their own. He passed the cafeteria and glanced in as he passed. He then stopped and took a closer look. There was a boy with white wings sitting with three other people a booth in the back. That kid looked familiar...Ah, yes, he was that one senator's or governor's or whatever person's son! The father was not pleased with him running away. Stark decided to go talk to to the boy...his name was something to do with the Bible...Angel... yes, Angel, and walked into the cafeteria and towards the booth.
"Hey, guys, we've got trouble!" Angel whispered, breaking up their conversation, "Stark is coming this way, and he's looking at me! You guys want me to leave?"

Alex noticed Stark the moment he walked into the cafeteria, but before he had a chance to say anything, Angel had already spoken. "No," Alex said quickly, "If either of us decided to get up and leave, it would just draw more attention to ourselves. Either way he's still going to notice us. We may as well stay."

DJ nodded her head in agreement, looking behind her brother to see how far the man was from them. "AJ and I are staying. He's going to notice us anyway, so we may as well stay with Angel for support."

"What about you, Jackie?" Alex asked, secretly hoping that the girl would stay with them. By this time, he'd accepted that his crush on her wasn't just a crush, but that he did really like her. He knew his sister could see it. The difference of ages meant nothing to him right now, after his thoughts about joining Captain America. He'd decided that, if he did decide to finally join them, it would have to wait until he was sure of Jackie's safety.

"He would recognize me from at the restaurant; he sat close by and talked to me, so there's no point in me leaving" Jackie said, "But he might recognize you, Angel," she warned, "He might know you from seeing you with your dad, so be prepared,"
