hey, i forgot to mention on my char's profile thingy that she has to stay in the animal shape for at least one hour if she fully transforms, and while she's transforming she is pretty much helpless, she can't defend herself. also, she can't speak the human language while transformed. she can mind speak in animal form only with people she knows.
