Do you live on campus or commute?

what year are you? I'm 23 and still a junior. I just transferred in to a school and am living in a dorm. I really like it so far, just about everyone I've met has been nice and kickback. Oh and we have AC! It's been in the high 80's to 90's here lately!

I wish I had AC right about now. That was the nice thing about campus housing. Almost all of it had some form of AC.

Sometimes I stay on campus through the hotter part of the afternoon just to stay cool.

I'm 24 and a junior (nontraditional student). Are you older than a lot of people in your dorm?

yes. There is another 23 year old in the dorm somewhere, and I live with a 21 year old, so it makes me feel a little better being an older one.

I could see myself being surrounded by 18/19/20 year olds saying "Hey you're old! get us boozahol!" I haven't completely ruled out the idea of living on campus, though. I think it might be kind of nice to be right there where everything is only a few minutes walk away. However, for now I think it is better for me to continue living where I am. I can only handle so many life changes at a time and I already have a lot of new things I'm dealing with in my life right now.

But yeah I think it would be nice to have that living at school experience if at all possible.

it does seem funny that I'm surrounded by mainly freshmen. But I live with a transfer junior, so it makes me feel better. Either way, I think it's very convenient. They haven't asked me for alcohol, and I'd refuse anyway.
