Since I entered university, it seems that although I know what I want to do with my life, which is to become a teacher, it seems I am incapable of deciding just how I am to go about it. The following
- taking the first three years of the BA program and then switching into the Elementary Education program
- then, upon learning that the Secondary education program would be more suitable for me, I decided i would finish my BA, albeit without a major or minor, and then enter that program
- then, I decided to add an English major and history minor
- I later dropped the history minor, being forced to drop two history courses i would have needed for the minor in order to make room a political science course i really wanted, also lightening my course load for next summer
And, as if all that were not enough, I am considering delaying the graduation from the BA program in order to add a political science minor. At this point, political science would be eaiser for me to complete than a history minor. But it does delay my graduation and will result in another $1300 in tuition, problematic because of how badly I want to take more French courses at some point. But at the same time, a minor would keep my options open more than a degree without one.
What do I do?
