God's Attributes

One of the most important things that every Christian needs to learn not only to help them in their Walk with God but also in their understanding of God's Word and the Reason for why God does thing the way that He does is determined by His Divine Attributes. While God is omnipotent and omniscient, He is limited is some matters because His Divine Attributes are what makes Him God and they are perfect in every way. This also means that they are perfectly balanced at all times, and God can't place one attribute above or before the others. This is why so many atheists will try and deflect your conversation of God by asking Questions designed to deflect your witnessing to them by asking things like, " If God is so powerful can He make a stone so large that even He can't move it?"

Or their not understanding that God has to place certain requirements upon salvation, because man's sin had created enmity between God and Man, and God, as the wounded party is the one hat has to determine how we can atone for our sins against Him.

Study these attributes well and you will find that many passages of Scripture open up in their meaning to you.
