so i don't usually listen much to so called "life coaches" or self help gurus or anyone that claims to offer solutions to a better life if you just listen to them and buy their books and pay to go to their seminars, etc... because, frankly, they're pretty much full of it 99.99999% of the time and are only after our money.

Forgiveness is key to living the Christian life in its full abundance. Its easy to say that but rather difficult to really put that into practice. We always seem to jump to our first instinct that we're owed something. He did something wrong that hurt me so he owes me an apology, and until he apologizes I'm not going to speak to him or have anything to do with him; once i get that apology then i'll forgive him.
